Convalescent Center is also dedicated to the care of residents who are medically
stable, but also need specialized nursing and/or rehabilitative care, such
as: recovering from strokes, cardiac, orthopedic surgery, residents
with chronic or acute wounds, and more. All care and services are provided by a
highly skilled interdisciplinary team of professional caregivers under the
direction of a physician.
Wound management services may encompass the following treatment categories:
Wound infection and IV
therapy
Stage III and IV ulcers
Complex stage II pressure ulcers
Amputation site and prosthetic
wounds
Postoperative skin flaps
Abdominal wounds
Other chronic wounds
Nutritional
support patients/residents may receive treatment in the following categories:
Dysphasia management
GI disorders

Carcinoma
